Fix Godaddy Error Your Domain Must Be In An Eligible Status In
Your blog or domain name is safe and virtually accessible but not without the www prefix. Now add the www to it, e.g www.tech.com instead of tech.com, it will now come up.
Did you get that error after saving the changes? Maybe you used 302(temporary) redirect to test it first before using 301(permanent). I had a similar issue when I first set up my GoDaddy domain forwarding URL. To fix the error, just Go to your Browser settings, privacy data, clear cookies and cache/site data. Now go back, reload the page or start over. You will get a success message. Wait for some minutes for the changes to take effect. Now you/visitors can access your site with or without the www prefix.
How To Correct The Error Of Accessing Your Site With Or Without The www Prefix(Godaddy)
To correct that, you have to do a URL forwarding of your domain name to another URL which actually contains the www. Here are the steps.
Note:
You cannot forward or mask .tk, .dk or .ch domain names.
- Login to Godaddy website
- Click on the Drop down menu box at the top, depending on the layout.
- Now Click On Domain Management.
- Select your preferred domain.
- Now Click On Forward
- In the next page titled, Forward Domain To.
- Enter the full site address (including www) you wish to forward your domain to.
- Now Click on Redirect Type, select either Redirect- Permanent (301) or Redirect- Temporary(302)
301 (Permanent) —
Redirects to the site you specified in the Forward To field using a “301 Moved Permanently” HTTP response. The HTTP 301 response code tells user-agents (including search engines) that the location has permanently moved.302 (Temporary) —
Redirects to the site you specified in the Forward To field using a “302 Found” HTTP response. The HTTP 302 response code tells user-agents (including search engines) that the location has temporarily moved.- After selecting the forward method, Now Finally Click On Forward To Domain to save your preferences.

Been having this problem on my Blog especially when i use opera mini… I was able to repair it few days ago… I also followed d steps u listed here. Its a nice tutorial bro. Thanks!!
Ok. Nice to hear that. Thats cool.
I cleared the cache and the DNS and it still won't work!
You are to clear the privacy data like cookies and cache of your browser, then re-access the page.
Also, you could try using an incognito window. That worked for me.
Thanks alot @Anonymous. I just confirmed the incognito mode also works. |o|
None of these worked for me – incognito window, clearing all of my cache and data…ugh, waiting on hold with GoDaddy to see what it could be.
The methods above work pretty well. If that doesn't work for you, try using another browser.
